Truly the best pediatrician office in our area. They are always so friendly - quick responses in the portal, friendly voices if you need to call. We can easily schedule a sick visit the same day and are in and out in 25 minutes. Jennifer O’Connors met my child once and recommended speech therapy that has truly changed his life and his confidence.

Dr. Baucom is Awesome! She has been our family doctor for years. She shows that she cares about her patients. She's thorough and doesn't rush visits. She makes you feel like you are doing your best as a parent and encourages you along the way. She is patient and she is kind. We love her!

The entire staff at this practice is outstanding. They truly show how much they care about their patients every time either of my children have showed any symptoms of not feeling well. They have been able to get them in at the next available appointment and have amazing bedside manner and experience dealing with children. Both of my children who are under five absolutely love every single one of the staff members at Infinity pediatrics.

All three of my kids have been seeing Jennifer O'Connors for a year and a half, but over the course of our time here, we have seen all the practitioners. They are all amazing. Jenn really pays attention to her patients. When one of my kids had concerns, she put down her papers and pen and gave them her undivided attention, despite it being a very busy day. Even when it's busy, we rarely wait longer than 5-10 minutes, and they always have same day sick appointments available. The love these people show their patients knows no bounds. I'll never go anywhere else with my kids as long as I can help it.
